The development of high tech, knowledge-intensive engineering in Russia requires new approaches to organization design, production and promotion of manufactured machinery.

To master methods of integrated approach to product life cycle management will help the training session «SkaiKraft: from an idea to flight».

In the format of a business game participants will gain knowledge and skills of working in the project team. The aim: Project management training and the basics of product lifecycle management based on the best practices of the holding «Helicopters of Russia» for creating development of helicopter systems: from steps of marketing research to commissioning and the service sector as well.

The basic rules of the training session «SkaiKraft: from an idea to flight».

Participants are divided into five teams and distribute the roles.

Common task for the team is planning and implementing a helicopter-type drone project (further – the project).

Depending on the role participants are responsible for providing the project with specialized functions and competencies (marketing, design and development, production preparation, procurement, quality management, etc.). The master is responsible for coordination and final decision-making (project manager).

During the game for each team will randomly determine additional game events (crisis apparitions), factors, conditions and challenges (marked with star) affecting implementation and whose success will bring additional points.

Teams are evaluated according to different criteria including the quality of the project, its realizability, communication within the team, etc.

The winner is the team who got the highest score according to the results of the jury.
