Project management programme is a training program aimed at studying project management and its tools in the context of aviation enterprises at all stages of project management.

The program includes:

  • Presentations of the best practices in project management from representatives of leading companies of UAC group enterprises.
  • Presentations of representatives of aviation industry on strategic goals and objectives facing the industry.

Trainings and business games aimed at formation and development of participants' comprehensive view of project management.

Within the program participants will receive the following opportunities:

  • To form a comprehensive view on project management
  • Get to know best standarts of project management
  • To define project management algorithms
  • Practice of creation project tools
  • Share experiences on implementation of projects with other participamts
