Industrial robotics is an efficient and flexible method of production automation. This industry is applicable in almost all industries and pays off quickly.

The main target audience is employees of companies engaged in the field of digitalization, automation, maintenance of APCS and robotic complexes, third and fourth year students (preferably in the specialization of automation, robotics and mechatronics).

The program is aimed at increasing in the number of specialists able to design, program, maintain equipment based on industrial robots.

Faculty participants will receive basic knowledge in the field of industrial robotics and practical control skills of RTK.

The educational program will be divided into theoretical and practical parts.

The Program:

  • 1st Day:
  • Fundamentals of industrial robotics: • Introduction. • Design and operation of the robotic complex. • Features of operation of industrial manipulators. • Safety measures. Lectures and practical training on industrial equipment with experts.

  • 2nd Day:
  • Fundamentals of Industrial Robot Management and Programming: robotic systems control algorithms; software and hardware interface of RTK; industrial robotics programming (basic concepts: part 1). Lectures and practical training on industrial equipment with experts.

  • 3d Day:
  • Industrial robotics programming (basic concepts: part 2). Working in groups. * Histories «Inspiring stories of successful engineers» (Stories about a life path as an engineer are told by a guest speaker).

  • 4th Day:
  • Industrial robotics programming (basic concepts: part 3). Working in groups. * Histories «Inspiring stories of successful engineers».

  • 5th Day:
  • Industrial robotics programming (basic concepts: part 3). Working in groups. * Histories «Inspiring stories of successful engineers». Project protection. Summing up the results of the competition for the best project.

Requirements for program participants:

1. Program participants must have their own laptops; 2. Desirable to have knowledge and skills in the field of pneumatic automatics, mechanics, systems with electrical control, programming, robotics and the development of automated systems.
