Russian Engineering Union paying special attention to enhancing the role of young specialists in the development of industry, using scientific and educational potential in order to systematically involve young people in the processes of innovative development of the machine-building complex since 2011 with the support of the State Corporation «Rostec» has been holding the annual International Youth Industrial Forum «Engineers of the Future».

More than 18,000 young professionals from Russia, the CIS and other countries have joined the Forum during its entire duration.

The age of participants is 20-35 years.

The Forum is characterized by broad international participation. More than 100 delegations from more than 106 countries have attended the Forum since its inception, and diplomatic missions, emergency and plenipotentiary ambassadors are actively participating in the events, showing great interest in the event. Presentations of foreign unions and enterprises are also held. .

Each foreign guest is given the opportunity to actively participate in all relevant programs and events of the Forum, depending on the key objectives of the visit. It helps to maintain the high quality of business and educational programs, to establish new business and friendly relations with the international engineering community.
